To Whom It May Concern
I HAVE SOMETHING TO REPORT THE UNITED NATIONS.
Hello, this is Min Soo Jo and I live in the Republic of Korea.
First, I want to thank the UN for its efforts to make peace for all of the world.
After I heard about 'Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL, Chairman Man Hee Lee)' trying to propose '10 articles and 38 clauses of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW)' as international law to the United Nations, I am writing this letter to tell the United Nations true stories about the camouflaged HWPL private organization, disturbing world peace as well as peace here in Korea.
A very dangerous false religion Shincheonji (In Korean 신천지) made not only HWPL and Mannam organizations but also IWPG and IPYG in the name of peace in order to conceal its negative image, deceive people, especially foreigners and improve its negative public image. All the members of HWPL, IWPG, IPYG and Mannam are made up of the cult Shincheonji's congregation.
Man Hee Lee (In Korea, Lee Man Hee) founded a cult Shincheonji in 1984 and
Shincheonji's formal name is 'Shincheonji church of Jesus, the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony'. His followers are spread out across the entire Korea like net and the headquarter of Shincheonji is located in GwaCheon city near the capital, Seoul, of the Republic of Korea. Korean people except Shincheonji's believers mostly regard Man Hee Lee as nothing but a liar and religious swindler and Shincheonji is also considered as a heretical sect to avoid here in South Korea.
Man Hee Lee introduces himself as 'an angel whom Jesus sent' (Revelation 22:16), 'a tree of life' (Genesis 2:9), 'a ruler over all nations with a rod of iron' (Revelation 12:5) and 'the winner promised in the chapters 2 and 3 of Revelation' and also asserts that the Apostle John is actually Man Hee Lee himself: a new John, and without or except through Man Hee Lee, there is no salvation, no eternal life, or no Heaven. The cult Shincheonji's members also think of him as Counselor (John 14:16; 16:7), Prophet, Savior, the Ruler of all things and the existence of immortality.
Shincheonji has been seriously criticized for causing a lot of social problems and considered as a extremely dangerous group here in Korea. As a result, all of the major denominations of churches and the Christian Council of Korea labelled Shincheonji as a cult in 1995.
There are signs and banners that read “Shincheonji Out" on the entrance and doors
of normal churches in South Korea because Shincheonji's believers secretly and deceptively try to infiltrate churches, recruit new members from the churches, indoctrinate them and destroy the churches' peace in Korea. Not only are people
who have a family member attending the cult Shincheonji church suffering from serious physical, mental pain but their family relationships are also collapsing.
When family members try to take a believer of Shincheonji to an anti-cult counseling church in order to disprove Shinchieonji's wrong doctrine, he or she, taking a hint, runs away from home and even gets divorced because Shincheonji secretly controls him or her like a marionette behind him or her.
Even a believer of Shincheonji, who had been brainwashed by Shincheonji's doctrine and borne hatred toward presbyterian churches, set an anti-cult counseling church on fire several years ago, it being totally burned down and the paster barely escaped death. At this moment, many parents suffering from pain are protesting for Man Hee Lee to send their children home in front of the headquarter of Shinchineonji.
More seriously, many young people going to Shincheonji give up their studies and careers because they believe that in a few years, they can be the priests of Kingdom
of Heaven ruling all of the nations and they can live forever physically on this ground without death, pain, mourning and crying.
From decades ago, Man Hee Lee asserts that 'the physical realities' in the Revelation of John were fulfilled in South Korea and if the number of Shincheonji congregation reaches 144,000 people of 12 tribes across the nation, they will not die and be immortal ruling over all around world, but there wasn't any change although the number of Shincheonji congregation was over 144,000 people.
To avoid these doctrine problems, On the one hand Man Hee Lee is trying to turn his followers' eyes away from Shincheonji's doctrine, preventing them from getting out of Shincheonji, but on the other hand, Man Hee Lee is getting around foreign countries, spending a lot of congregation's offerings as well as putting false hope in the mind of congregation, as if he is doing something great. Consequently, Man Hee Lee's followers think that eternal life is just around the corner if '10 articles and 38 clauses of the DPCW' is presented to the United Nations and then the DPCW is adopted as a resolution by the UN. That's why Man Hee Lee secretly ordered his followers to write handwritten letters to South Korean President and the UN ambassadors in order to deceive not only his followers but also the UN ambassadors.
So, to confirm it is true that HWPL or Shincheonji can propose the DPCW to the UN,
I inquired of the government of Republic of Korea about whether it is possible for HWPL or Shincheonji to propose '10 articles and 38 clauses of the DPCW' to the United Nations, requesting an official position of the Korean government about the '10 articles and 38 clauses of the DPCW'. A few days later, the Korean government informed me that HWPL and Shincheonji have never asked Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Korea to propose the DPCW to the United Nations and they can not propose the DCPW to the United Nations.

In the end, abusing the authority of the UN, UN officials, and other countries under the guise of ending war and keeping peace, Man Hee Lee's ultimate objective is to keep his followers from escaping from his organization and continue the cult Shincheonji to his death. This is why he needed to make camouflaged organizations such as HWPL, IWPG, IPYG and Mannam and these private organizations don't have any public confidence here in South Korea.
Shincheonji is shamelessly deceiving all countries in the world and the people, needless to say, in South Korea. Therefore, please be very careful you and the UN are not to be exploited as a means to satisfy Shincheonji and Man Hee Lee's selfish interests and desires.
